DOMICILE AND ACTIVITIES
Kim Heng Offshore & Marine Holdings Limited (the “Company” or “KHOMH”), formerly known as
Namilton Pte Ltd, is a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore on 29 April 2013. The
address of the Company’s registered office is 9 Pandan Crescent, Singapore 128465.
The financial statements of the Group as at and for the year ended 31 December 2014 comprise
the Company and its subsidiaries (together referred to as the “Group” and individually as “Group
entities”).
The principal activity of the Company is that of an investment holding company.
