Tan KengHoeMelvin
General Manager for Supply ChainManagement
Mr Tan Keng Hoe Melvin serves as the General Manager for
Supply Chain Management of the Group and is responsible for
supervisingandmanagingofmaterials& logistics of theGroup.
His first stint with the Group was from 1987 to 1997 where he
last held the position of Manager of the Marine division. Mr Tan
Keng Hoe Melvin proceeded to take on various logistical roles
in leading companies in the Oil & Gas industry before rejoining
the Group in May 2010. He holds a diploma in Business
Management from the University of Bradford.
Chan See Yin
Head of Shipbuilding
Mr Chan See Yin was appointed as Head of Shipbuilding
to oversee the Group’s new vessel construction projects,
ship and offshore repair projects and yard management
and development. He joined our yard in October 2014 as
General Manager. Prior to that he had gained all rounded
marine construction and repair experience fromworking with
major classification societies, Sembawang shipyard, Keppel
Singmarine Dockyard, Wilhelmsen ShipManagement andwas
the deputy project director in China for the first FLNG of the
world.
Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor Degree in naval architecture and
shipbuilding from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne (UK).
Tan Kah Seng
Chief Financial Officer
MrTanKahSengservesastheGroup’sChiefFinancialOfficerand
is responsible for overseeing the financial and management
accounting, compliance and taxation matters of the Company.
He joined the Group in 2008 as Group Accountant before being
promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Mr Tan Kah Seng has more
than 15 years of experience in the accounting field and he is a
member of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK), CA
(Chartered Accountant, Malaysia) and a Chartered Accountant
with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
TanWenHao Justin Anderson
General Manager
Mr Justin Tan was appointed as a General Manager of the
CompanyfromOctober2015.HejoinedtheCompanyinAugust
2014, spearheading the corporate and business development
segments of the Company and was involved in the day to day
operations of the Group. He is currently under the tutelage
of the senior management of the Group and is involved in
handling the rig repair andmaintenance operations, corporate
and business development; and pursuing contracts for
charter, new build and sale of vessels. He holds a Bachelor of
Arts (hons) degree in Business Economics from the University
of Exeter.
