These notes form an integral part of the financial statements.
The financial statements were authorised for issue by the Board of Directors on 1 April 2016.
1 Domicile and activities
Kim Heng Offshore & Marine Holdings Limited (the “Company” or “KHOMH”), is a company incorporated in the
Republic of Singapore. The address of the Company’s registered office is 9 Pandan Crescent, Singapore 128465.
The immediate and ultimate holding company is KH Group Holdings Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in the
Republic of Singapore.
The financial statements of the Group as at and for the year ended 31 December 2015 comprise the Company
and its subsidiaries (together referred to as the “Group” and individually as “Group entities”).
The principal activity of the Company is that of an investment holding company.
